About

The elephant, addressed

Let’s skip the part where I give a sermon on Big Tech profiting from your attention. Your time is precious, I won’t waste it. But let’s name the elephant in the room — compulsive phone use is a loaded topic. The guilt and shame you feel are misplaced. We’ve all internalized a systemic problem as a personal failure. That’s not your burden to carry. Tech should serve, not exploit.

But that’s been said.

A brief autopsy of everything you’ve tried

What’s left unsaid is the gap every existing solution leaves open. Everything out there falls under two categories:

  • App blockers depend on users to start or schedule a session, leaving them unsupported in between.

  • Habit apps depend on manual input, creating friction most won’t overcome once motivation fades.

Both rely on willpower, which is at an all-time low when compulsion hits.

Why I exist

I do not rely on your willpower, I run on kairotic timing.

How? Glad you asked.

I’m powered by an adaptive system that learns from your behavior. I detect the loop in real time and swoop in at the kairotic moment to guide you toward what you’d rather be doing.

What this means for you

Your time goes where you actually want it. Not where an algorithm wants it. You set the course. You define what matters.

Time will pass either way.

You strike me as someone who wants it passing on your terms.
